Yamaha UK have decided to bring the YBR250 in limited number for domestic market to fill the empty bikes between the entry level 125cc and the bigger bikes such as 80bhp Yamaha XJ6. It is better to know how the bike is. Here is the review from MCN. From me, it is stylish enough to own than the Honda CBF250.
Yamaha YBR250’s engine (249cc single-cylinder four-stroke) gives the 125cc riders more feeling of big bike acceleration. It is also good that the engine delivers 21bhp smoothly and easy to get along with.
In term of ride and handling, Yamaha YBR250 is one of the easiest machines in its class. Supported by a very natural, spacious riding position the controls are light and simple to use, from the clutch to the throttle to the gears. It is easy to bring the YBR250 in the town traffic with its light steering. The mirrors give good view and the seat is low enough for shorter riders.
After the good points, we show you the minus point: the equipment. But I think that it is not quite important considering the YBR250 is pretty basic. Just seek it at accessories shop to solve this light problem.
