Yamaha R1 was a leader in selling figure in the UK last April with 263 bikes registered. Unfortunately, the Honda Fireblade took over Yamaha R1 in this May’s selling with 316 Blades were registered in May. This data is released by MCIA. The second position is reached by Yamaha’s learner-friendly YZF-R125 with 269 sales then Honda’s CBF125 with 238 units in the third position. It is surprised that Yamaha R1 is out of big three.  Compared to the last year’s May selling data, this May of 2009 down 14.2 per cent. This May selling figure is 8,829 units of motorcycle.
