CR&S DUU, the VMax’s enemy

CR&S, the Milan based motorcycle designer will be making its second appearance at this year EICMA. Last year’s EICMA, CR&S came along with its first motorcycle creation. The second creation is named DUU (Milanese dialect is for “Two”). The motorcycle prototype comes in Cafe Racers & Superbikes styling. Power comes from a two-cylinder, 2000cc engine. This motorcycle looks like it will be one of the best Yamaha VMax’s enemies. Who knows.

As Italian motorcycle CR&S DUU has also streetfighter character. The riding position and front shape say all. The streetfighter style distinguishes CR&S DUU from the Yamaha VMAx. VMax looks like sport cruiser rather than a streetfighter.

CR&S DUU will be making its debut at EICMA (at Hall. 2 - Booth I-30) on next November 10/15.

2010 Suzuki GSR250

Suzuki Brazil will make the competition between its Japanese rival Honda even more stunning in entry level naked class. Honda has revealed its new entry level naked, the CB300R a few months before. Now…Suzuki is reported to give its fans a new entry level naked, the GSR250. The bike will be making sale at the first time later this year and then it will come to Europe soon after.

Suzuki GSR250 (2010) is powered by a 30bhp, Liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder, DOHC fuel-injected engine (we don’t know yet precisely the displacement). It could be enough to fight against the Honda CB300R.

The styling is really good. It is combination between the B-King and GSR600. The other features are beautiful such as a digital LCD screen, big seat, good pillion and under-seat storage. The styling is so cool.

Well! The 2010 Suzuki GSR250 with 30bhp liquid-cooled engine and combined with a cool styling could be the killer for the Honda CB300R.

2010 MV Agusta Brutale (Spy Photos)

MV Agusta Brutale motorcycle 2010 MY has been leaked to the internet. Our source reported that the 2010 MV Agusta’s motorcycles has been tested at the Almeria Circuit in Spain. The 2010 MV Agusta’s motorcycles looked like both the 989RR and 1078RR.

Visually the photos refer that the both MV Agusta come with a new trellis frame design. The engine is not clearly…but it could be a new motor configuration. The engine capacity will be clear at EICMA this year. But now visually the engine comes with new chasing. It is equipped with repositioned oil filter. And along with come other cosmetic changes to the current models. The headlight gets a revision, although similar to the current headlight design pattern. It looks like MV might have installed a projector beam setup in the top half of the housing replacing the bottom half style in the current MV Agusta’s models.

2010 Suzuki GSX-R125

Suzuki has revealed the all new 2010 GSX-R125. The stunning entry level sport bike is born by the same designer as the GSR250 and the bigger GSX-R range’s designer, Satoshi Miyake.

Armed with a 15bhp water-cooled motor coupled with a steel-chassis the Suzuki’s little sport bike comes with sportier face (even the instrument pane is made from LCD) and looks like enough to compete with the other Japanese little sport bike. Both Honda CBR125 and Yamaha YZF125 are the competitors for the new Suzuki bike. Are you ready..little Suzuki?

Suzuki GSX-R125 (2010) will be available in the market from early 2010 after officially showing off at the end of the year.

BMW F800R Chris Pfeiffer replica for early 2010

BMW F800R Chris Pfeiffer replica is being offered by BMW. The limited edition replica of the four time world and European stunt champion (Christian Pfeiffer) will be built for just 68 motorcycles. The bikes will be available in early 2010 with the price is yet to be announced.

BMW F800R Chris Pfeiffer replica is built based on the standard F800R. It features the BMW motorsport blue/white/red paint scheme and could be completed with a sticker kit. Just like Pfeiffer’s own bike, the bike comes in white for the front wheel and then black for the rear one. It is also equipped with the headlight cowl and a pillion seat cover.

BMW F800R Chris Pfeiffer replica is not just cosmetic. It is also equipped with Akrapovic road legal exhaust system and a set of BMW genuine accessory such as LED indicators. Even in the UK, the bike will be equipped with heated grips and an onboard computer.

2010 Yamaha V Max

Yamaha offers now the red color for its 2010 MY of the V Max sport cruiser. There is no technically modification. But this bike really makes everybody appreciates of its performance. Equipped with a 1.7-litre, 200 horsepower engine and combined with the latest Yamaha technology such as YCC-T and YCC-I; the V Max is really the best performance cruiser. It passes 100km/h from 0 km/h in just 2.66 seconds and it “eats” quarter-mile (400m) in less than 10 seconds. Balancing its performance Yamaha has given the sport cruiser fully adjustable suspension and Brembo brakes with ABS.

Yamaha V Max (2010) is priced at US$19,500. It is more expensive than the 2009 model at US$18.000. But the beast can give an awesome experience of riding the road kings such as the Kawasaki ZX-14 and Suzuki Hayabusa. More than 100 pound/feet of torque at the rear tire is something crazy…isn’t it?

Borsalino, the Italian hat manufacture has played with Bimota. The first time they played with the Bimota D85 to celebrate their 150th anniversary in 2007. It was the perfect creation. And then this result leads Borsalino to make another creation involving the Bimota.

This time Borsalino plays with Bimota DB6 Delirio. One of the best hat company in the world, Borsalino features special livery for the Bimota DB6 Delirio. It was founded in 1857. The company known for its elegance and style that is purely southern European. They have chosen the green and cream livery that is very British racing. Although the style is not Italian sports bike…but to Borsalino…it could be something elegant and classic.

Yamaha Hybrid Motorcycle

Yamaha is in collaboration with Toyota to build the first hybrid motorcycle. The question is what will Toyota do?

According to a report that Toyota will provide the engine for Yamaha’s hybrid motorcycle. There is no detail and specification. But if the report is true…Yamaha hybrid vehicle will be powered by both a 20bhp internal combustion engine and an electric motor. This engine could come from the Toyota Prius technology like used on Toyota Prius hybrid. Visordown said that the water-cooled 250cc engine will be with electric generator. They will be controlled by a sophisticated ECU.

This is the first photo of Yamaha hybrid motorcycle. More details will be available soon.

Moto Morini 1200cc Motard, the contender to the Ducati Cayenne

Moto Morini is preparing its new gun to shot down the upcoming Ducati Cayenne/Strada Aperta. Motoclismo reported that a motard version of the the Granpasso has been tested at Adria circuit. This Moto Morini’s new motard comes in interesting head-on profile. Just see the pictures below. It is really something different from the others. To me, it looks like a streetfighter rather than a motard. Hmmm…it is so good.

The other unique features include dual-exhaust with high position at the rear. It is equipped with Brembo monobloc four piston calipers combined with the 320mm brake discs. These are sport specs…allright?

Moto Morini’s development manager that the engine is the same as the 1200cc Granpasso, and not the same engine as used on the Corsaso streetfighter.

There is not yet officially confirmation about the bike debut. But the November’s EICMA could be something reasonable.

Hayabusa…you know it. One of two the fastest production motorcycle in the word aside the Kawasaki Ninja ZX14R. Could this creation compete with Can Am trike Spyder?

It is Called the TT-Busa. It is built with the addition of an extended swingarm. There is a 300 rear tire and custom built 2 wheel front end. Hmm..it is so good. Although we don’t know precisely the technically modification on engine. But the standard of the Suzuki Hayabusa its self is the fastest production motorcycle in the world. Where is the problem? It is nothing.
