Kawasaki 1400GTR (2010) will come with new technology. The most important technology is night vision and head-up display (HUD) that will bring new level to the supersport bike. These technologies come from aircraft fighter and then used by expensive cars.
Kawasaki is reported by our source to have developed infrared night vision technology. This technology will allow the riders see better than the conventional headlamps. The system integrated with a pair of infrared cameras mounted on the bike in collaboration with bike’s on board computer. The camera can see anything in the dark night and the computer will send an audio/visual alerts to warn the rider if there was strainer of unsafe situation ahead. It will be very useful to save the rider from crash even the death.
Kawasaki is also reported by our source to have developing a head-up display system. This system will provide important data such as bike’s speed and revs right in front of the rider’s eyes. It will be integrated with a purpose-built helmet. Just like an air strike fighter. In the high speed world; you don’t have to look down at the instrument cluster!
