Ducati 848 Nicky Hayden Limited Edition has been unveiled by Nicky Hayden at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, USA. Priced at $ 14.495, or about 10.300 euros, the Ducati 848 Nicky Hayden is designed especially for US only. So, it won’t be founded in neither Europe nor another country. It will be available from July 7 at Ducati of America motorcycle dealership. Ducati Hayden edition 848 is the second newest 2010 Ducati motorcycle to be released after the early release of the Streetfighter.
The Ducati’s middleweight sport bike especially features Nicky Hayden’s helmet design and his personal autograph on the gas tank. It will be happy news because Italian superbike maker has announced that the Nicky Hayden edition comes with some upgrade features. The upgrade features include a new more legible Digitek dashboard as used on the 2009 Ducati 1198 Superbike, a mirror extender kit that allows the rider to select between two different mirror stalk sizes for improved rear visibility. It is also faster than the standard version as well as Ducati has added new cam belt tensioner pulleys. Made from aluminum, this will reduce rotating mass and giving better acceleration.

Snaefell Laverda Sidecar Project is amazing creation by François Knorreck, a French motorcyclist. This creation is combination between a motorcycle Laverda and parts of cars such as Renault, Citroen, BMW, VW and Audi.
Previously, François Knorreck has bought his Laverda in 1976 and turned it into a nicely modified sportbike. But this modified bike was not enough to make him satisfied. Then he turned to make new creation i.
Named Snaefell, the creation needed 10 year and 10,000 hours to complete. The completely hand crafted creation features some phenomenal skills in both design and building. The sidecar consists of 63 molds for the parts made of polyester or carbon fiber.
Unlike the body, the power source is still the original Laverda’s 1000cc engine that ended with triple exhaust out the back of the bodywork.
Exterior of the Snaefell is equipped with Lamborghini styled door. Inside the sidecar is equipped with seatbelts.
The stunning creation costs about 15,000 Euros or $21,000. It is not bad for the original creation.

BMW F 800 GS has announced by Rider magazine as Motorcycle of the Year. Dealernews said that this award is the currently news of the July 2009 issue.
Why the award comes to the BMW F 800 GS? The editors of Rider magazine said that “BMW has been thinking way out of the box″
The new F 800 GS adventure tourer proves its capability as unstoppable machine. It is much better off-road ability than its bigger brother, the Boxer BMW R1200GS. BMW F 800 GS is supported by taller wheels (a 21- and 19-inch front/rear), longer dimension, and not much lighter, but is far narrower with its upright parallel twin. It is just like the 1200 offering a tremendous amount of satisfying performance. It has enough on-road legs that you can haul down the highway from fill-up to fill-up in satisfactory comfort without stopping.
Starting at $10,520, the F 800 GS is also $4,000 cheaper than the bigger brother. And yet, it is also supported by range of adventure accessories including great expandable locking hard bags, GPS and a low-seat option. It looks like BMW F 800 GS has the best combination.
The photos (below) say how beautiful the BMW F 800 GS is.
